This morning it happened again and this time the RAC guy said it's the Fuel Pressure Control Valve sticking. He thinks it's something we can get as a separate part

Is it removed from above or underneath the car. A picture would be great. Is a special tool required to remove it. Also what size spanner for the sump nut. Thanks in advance.

I will apologise now for any waffle. My car is a 2007 Ford Focus 1.8TDCI (115bhp). A while ago, i had the message 'Engine Systems Fault' come up on the display. There are no other warning lights, and at the time, there was no loss of power. When i turn my engine off and on again, the message dissapears.
