My active 2 watch is stuck on water lock mode. I have held down power button on watch but it only comes up to Samsung Pay, but the icon for the water lock stays on screen and I can not do any features on the watch. It keeps time, but that's it. I cant get it out of water lock mode. Anyone else have this happen or any ideas of how to fix this issue?
Make sure the watch and your phone are connected via Bluetooth. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. It may be necessary to tap the Home tab. If the devices are connected through Bluetooth, "Connected via Bluetooth" will display at the top of the app. If the devices are not connected, the app will display "Disconnected from watch."
Active 2 with water lock mode. Your smart watch is always ready for a dip. Just make sure you turn on Water lock mode to prevent accidental touches on your screen. It will also prevent you from accidentally activating your watch with a wake-up gesture while you're swimming. Active 2 with water lock mode.
Tap the top of the watch screen and then swipe down to view the watch connection status. Next, restart your phone. Depending on the situation, the issue may not be with your watch, but with your phone or the Galaxy Wearable app. From the phone Home screen, press and hold the Power key. Then, tap Power off.
First, try rebooting your watch by pressing the Home and Back buttons or the Home button for more than 7 seconds. Another option is to temporarily change your watch’s Watch face in the Wearable app and see if your screen works again with that new watch face. Open the Wearable app and tap Watch faces. Scroll down and select a different watch face.
There is also a clear link between O2 swings, and heart rate fluctuations, and it's clear that Apnoa events trigger a more agitated and then elevated heart rate. It will be intetesting to see if the GWA2's ECG Feature can be set to monitor this when asleep, or if the ECG feature can only be manually activated.
14-08-2021 05:29 PM in. Help! So I went for a quick swim after kayaking yesterday and my watch stopped working after the swim. Had water lock on. I did shake after and wipes dry but screen started flashing and now won't work. Tried putting in some rice to dry out and charged it last night. Tried rebooting but display comes on and then turns off.
