Hired drivers losing money on jobs. I have base game and a few DLC, no mods, mostly default settings and default config files. I notice very often my hired drivers loss a lot of money while doing jobs. Just make sure to save often in case of mistakes. No good getting to 349 drivers and you make a mistake and wipe all your work out. Maybe something SCS should address in these days of equality. After all, there are a lot lady drivers in the industry now. BTW, you will obviously have to find all the photos you want to use for your drivers.

They never intended for you to fill every garage with drivers; it's never been possible. it doesn't effect it that much no, it all depends on the drivers skills, once they reach 10.0 you will be making plenty of money.
